PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND THAT YOU HAVE TYPED IT CORRECTLY WHEN REGISTERING
If I do not have a valid email address, I cannot send your registration codes. If you have registered and not received your code within 48 hours please email me so that if the address you have given is incorrect I will have a reply address to send to. Thank you.

I have had a few problems lately with people registering and then having their e-mail set to only accept messages from certain senders or mail being blocked by ISP's (AOL for instance). If you do not receive your code... check your mail filters!!!

I send all codes as soon as I receive them. If you do not receive a code within 48 hours then please contact me either stating that you have set your filters to receive mail from sales.at.gbscreensavers.dot.com (substitue .at. with @ and .dot. with . ) and request that your serial number be resent, or give an alternate address than the one that is on your PayPal account and include the date you registered, screensaver and name and e-mail address on your PayPal account so I can look it up for you so I can try another address.

Please do not just contact me saying you have not received your code. If my mail is blocked by your filters I cannot reply to you !!!

Now I have to say that 99.9% of the people who register get their e-mail with no problem, but with many e-mail providers adding spam and junk mail filters I can see this problem increasing for those who do not know how to work the filters, or by e-mail providers that set your filters to "on" leaving you to have to customize them. Just want to be clear that if you don't get a code, e-mail me and include a second address... thanks :-) Hopefully this will avoid any future problems. My biggest concern is your getting what you pay for...

Please note... All screensavers come with a free 7 day trial. Please make sure any products you register work properly on your system before registering. As with any software product, there may be system conflicts. All registrations are non-refundable. Once you have received the registration codes there is no way to give them back. By registering any of the software from GB Screensavers you are agreeing to the above conditions.
